Deposit
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments for braids. Sisterlocks services also require a deposit. However, deposit amounts will vary depending on services booked.
Late Policy/Cancellation Policy
* If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
*We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
*Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no show. You deposit will NOT be transferred.

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind. DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT . An additional $20 no show fee will be charged on your next visit to compensate your stylist for lost revenue.
